We’ve made your drive-thru experience even better by adding a personal touch to ATM convenience:  introducing Personal Teller Machines available Monday – Saturday from 7AM – 7PM!  With Personal Teller Machines, live Infuze personal tellers are now located just across the parking lot.  

Summoned by the touch of a screen, talk to an Infuze CU personal teller through video, and they will guide you through every step of the transaction.

How is a Personal Teller Machine different from an ATM?

Although it looks like an ATM machine, our Personal Teller Machines allow you to talk with a live, Infuze Credit Union Personal Teller. The teller can guide you through every step of your transaction and answer questions about your accounts.

What sort of transactions can be performed with a Personal Teller Machine?

Just about every transaction you can perform inside our branch can be completed at a Personal Teller Machine outside at our drive-thru. You can make deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, perform funds transfers, make loan payments, plus much more!

Don’t worry, you can still go inside the branch to complete transactions and speak with our staff during regular business hours, if you prefer. Our Personal Teller Machines are simply there to improve the convenience of your teller transactions – and provide extended hours.

Is my conversation with a Personal Teller private?

At the drive-thru, you and the Infuze CU Personal Teller can see and hear each other using a video camera with a built-in speaker. Your conversation is just as private as if you were talking to a teller through a speaker at our traditional drive-thru. If you prefer, you may also type your questions or use a headset.

Are the Personal Tellers Infuze Credit Union employees?

Absolutely! All Personal Tellers are employees of Infuze Credit Union.

What hours may I use the Personal Teller Machine?

Our Personal Teller Machines operate with a live, Personal Teller Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM. You may use it as an ATM 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you prefer.
