Fixed Rate Loan: The APR is not based on an index. These rates will be specified at closing and will be based upon the market conditions at that time. Repayment terms of 10-years available for fixed portions. As of 03/01/2023, the fixed rate is as low as 7.49% APR. Line of credit has a 3-year draw period with a maximum of 10-year repayment period. If you made only the minimum monthly payment and took no other credit advances, it would take 13 years to pay off a credit advance of $10,000 at an APR of 7.49%. During that period, you would make 36 payments of $63.65 followed by 120 payments of $125.48. Payment also includes monthly premium for Single Life Plus. Your purchase of Debt Protection with Single Life Plus and Involuntary Unemployment is optional and will not affect your application for credit or the terms of any credit agreement required to obtain a loan.
