Chief Lending Officer
The Chief Lending Officer holds the responsibility of formulating and implementing the lending strategy in alignment with the Credit Union's overarching strategic goals. The CLO will oversee key functional areas such as Consumer Lending, Small Business Lending, Indirect Lending, Real Estate Lending, and Collections.
Member Support Center Branch Manager
The Member Support Center (MSC) Branch Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the Member Support Center. The MSC Branch Manager oversees in-person and fully remote staff to ensure delivery of extraordinary member service in a variety of mediums. MSC Branch Manager reports to the VP of Operations & Member Experience.
Member Support Professional I
The Member Support Professional I responds to incoming requests via phone, personal teller machine (PTM), chat, and video banking and provides direct support to the member. The MSP will also assist in meeting/exceeding monthly branch goals and providing honest and open communication throughout the Credit Union.

Personal Financial Representative II
The Personal Financial Representative II performs a wide range of transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy. The PFR II also opens member accounts, cross-sells a variety of Credit Union services, and may intake and process member loan applications.
Mortgage Loan Officer
The Mortgage Loan Officer provides information on Infuze Credit Union products and services to members according to all internal policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. The Mortgage Loan Officer reports to the VP of Mortgage Lending and is responsible for interviewing applicants for loans; preparing, assessing, processing, and documenting all required forms and related documentation; and promoting Credit Union products and services.

The Personal Financial Representative I performs transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with a high degree of accuracy. A PFR I maintains accurate transactional records, providing basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.

Digital Advertising Coordinator
The Digital Advertising Coordinator works collaboratively to design, implement, and deploy Infuze Credit Union marketing advertising, campaigns, promotions, and digital content and collateral. The Digital Advertising Coordinator reports to the Marketing Director, supporting the day-to-day department workload, as well as the digital advertising efforts to promote the credit union and its products and services.
