Covid19

To our valued Members

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread throughout the country, we want to share some of the actions Infuze Credit Union is taking to protect our members, our employees, and to prepare to provide financial services and account access during an emergency.

  • Business Continuity: We have already initiated and tested our Business Continuity Pandemic Plan and identified staff to handle and implement our remote servicing capabilities.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocol: To protect you and our employees in our branch locations, we have increased the frequency of cleaning heavily trafficked surfaces and areas.
  • Employee Travel Restriction: Additionally, we have enacted a business travel restriction for employees to minimize the risk of exposure to any of our employees who provide service to our membership.
  • Employee Sick Time: To further limit exposure, we’re providing paid sick time to those that exhibit symptoms of illness.

As circumstances change, we want you to know that we will continue to respond to them with member and employee safety in mind and will be vigilant to provide uninterrupted access to your accounts as well as financial services.

Deposits Federally Insured

We’d like to remind you that the NCUA protects the money you have in Infuze Credit Union, a federally insured credit union, up to $250,000. Deposits are insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), a federal fund backed by the full faith and credit of the U. S. Government.

Virtual Services

Don’t forget, you’ve got secure, 24/7, 365 access to your Infuze Credit Union accounts through our online and mobile banking service.
