How do I order a new Infuze Credit Union debit card?
Just come into one of our Locations and receive your instant issue Debit Card. You may also send a message through Online Banking requesting a new card to be mailed to your home. If you have an Infuze Credit Union Checking Account, you'll want to get our dual-purpose debit card. You can use the debit card at a merchant for purchases or at an ATM to withdraw cash. We have a vast ATM network through CO-OP ATM. that will allow you to withdraw funds without being charged a fee all over the country!

Can I select my own PIN at Infuze Credit Union?
  • Yes. If you have a Debit Card that is not tied to a business account, you can contact our PIN by Phone at (800-290-7893). You can also visit a branch to select your own Debit Card PIN.
  • Your PIN acts as a signature when you use your debit card for point of sale transactions and to withdraw cash from an ATM. For security reasons, you should keep your PIN to yourself, when the number is used we think that you made the transaction. Visit our Branch Locations Page to find the one closest to you.

How do I change my personal identification number (PIN) for my Infuze Credit Union debit card?
If you have forgotten your old PIN and need a new one, you must visit a branch location for security reasons (a photo ID will be required). To find the one nearest you please visit our Locations Page.

How do I change my name, address, or any other contact information with Infuze Credit Union?
To change your name you must come into a branch with photo ID, marriage certificate, or divorce decree. There are a few ways to change your address on file with Infuze Credit Union.
  • By Mail - Send your new address to Infuze Credit Union PO BOX 80 Ft Leonard Wood, MO 65473. You must include your signature.
  • Stop by any of our Locations - Bring a photo ID such as a Driver's License for identification.
  • Your email address for Account Alerts is changed in Online Banking under "My Updates" and "Preferences".

My Debit Card is not working; help!
There are several factors as to why you may experience issues with your Debit Card. It is important for you to keep your Contact information up to date. If there are suspicious transactions and our Card Services cannot Contact you, the card could be restricted. If you have used an incorrect PIN several times, your card could get locked out. Please Contact Us to resolve the situation.

How do I send or receive Wire Transfers?
Receiving Wires - We do not require anything to receive a wire.

Sending Wires - To send a wire transfer from Infuze Credit Union, contact the receiving financial institution and request their wire instructions, which must include the following:

  • The receiving financial institution's name
  • The receiving financial institution's address, city, state, and telephone number
  • The receiving financial institution's nine-digit routing transit number or ABA number
  • The name, address and account number of the receiving party
  • A $20 fee is applied for outgoing domestic wires
  • An $85 fee is applied for outgoing International Wires
  • A Wire Agreement must be completed prior to sending a wire transfer

What is the maximum amount I can withdraw from an ATM in one day with my Infuze Credit Union ATM/Debit Card?
The maximum amount of cash that you are able to withdraw from an ATM in one day is $700.00.

What holidays will Infuze Credit Union be closed?
The Branches and offices for Infuze Credit Union are closed on all federal holidays. New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

How can I sign up for Direct Deposit?
  • Your employer must start the Direct Deposit process; however, you can obtain a Direct Deposit enrollment form online to expedite the process.
  • Also, to obtain your account information you can log into Online Banking.
  • You can authorize Direct Deposit from your payroll, Social Security reasons, retirement, Veterans Administration benefits or almost any recurring deposits.
  • With Direct Deposit, your check is automatically and safely deposited into your account. You don't have to worry about coming in person to the credit union to make your deposit. On payday, your money is right where you need it.
  • The easiest way to sign up for Direct Deposit is to present your payroll department with a completed Direct Deposit form. It will have all the information they'll need to get you started.
  • Your account number can be found on the member ID card you received when you opened your account, on your checks or on a statement you receive from us.

Can I apply for an Auto Loan at Infuze Credit Union if I haven't found the car I want yet?
You can apply for an Auto Loan online. Just select the non-member Loan Application.
What if I forgot my Infuze Credit Union Online Banking password?
To change your password for Online Banking you must first log in, go to "Settings", and "Security Preferences to change the password. If you do not know your password, you must contact a Member Support Professional or you can try clicking on the Forgot Password link. After 3 invalid attempts, you will be locked out of online banking.

What If I have been locked out of my Infuze Credit Union Online Banking?
If you have been locked out of Online Banking, you can wait 1 hour for your online access to unlock or you may Contact Us. You can click on the Forgot Password link to reset your password prior to your online access getting locked. For security reasons, we will lock out anyone who is unsuccessful in multiple attempts to log into your account. We want to verify that it is you who is trying to access the account and will ask personal information to reset the account login information.

How do I obtain login credentials for my Infuze Credit Union Mobile Banking app?
When you sign up for Mobile Banking you will have created the credentials. It is your responsibility to remember the username and password. If you have forgotten your password then you need to Contact us to reset your password.

How do I transfer money into a different Infuze Credit Union account?
  • To transfer money into another account login to Online Banking and select Transactions> Funds Transfer. Online Banking allows you to transfer money between accounts.
  • In order to have this capability, you must come into one of our Locations and set up cross-account access.
  • Sign up for Online Banking today! If you do not have Online Banking you can visit Locations nearest you.
  • Online Banking also offers deposit transfers to another account within Infuze Credit Union via the M2M Transfer. This is a deposit only service. You can complete a one-time transfer or link the two accounts for deposit. You will need the recipient's account number for this transfer.

Infuze Credit Union also allows external account transfers. This allows you to transfer funds to another financial institution. You will need to register for this service under the Transactions Tab. To set up the external account transfer you will receive 2 small micro-deposits into your external account. Once you receive the two small deposits, you will need to verify them for your external account to be available for transfers. This service takes anywhere from 2-3 business days to complete.

Is my account information available 24-hours a day?
Your account information is available 24/7 through Online Banking, STAR Phone (800) 767-3928, and Mobile Banking. Enjoy convenient access to your accounts from home, office, or on the road via the Credit Union's Online Banking. Our system is easy to use, private, and will save lots of time. How do I deposit checks online with Infuze Credit Union?
We now offer Remote Deposit Capture to make deposits through your online banking app. Check out online banking and click on Services > Mobile Deposit Enroll. Also, did you know that you can use any of our Shared Branch Network locations to conduct transactions? That's right, if you are not near an Infuze Branch, then you are still able to make deposits, withdraw money, and make payments at any of our Shared Branch Network Locations!

How do I sign up for Infuze Credit Union Online Banking?
To sign in to Online Banking you must:
1. Go to the Online Banking login screen.
2. Click on the First Time User tab and this will walk you through the steps of setting up your online banking.
3. You will receive a temporary password and you will be prompted to receive a secure access code.

What are my closing costs for my Infuze Credit Union Mortgage?
The specific amount of your closing costs will vary; here are the reasons why the fees may change:
A home loan often involves many fees, such as the appraisal, title charges, closing, and state or local taxes. These fees vary from state to state and also from lender to lender.

To assist you in evaluating our fees, we've grouped them as follows: third party, taxes and other unavoidable costs, and lender. Fees that we consider third party include the appraisal, the credit report, settlement or closing, survey, tax service, title insurance, flood certification, and courier/mailing. Third-party fees are fees that we'll collect and pass on to the person who actually performed the service. For example, an appraiser is paid the appraisal fee, a credit bureau is paid the credit report fee, and a title company or an attorney is paid the title insurance fees.

Fees that we consider to be taxes and other unavoidable costs include State/Local Taxes and recording. These fees will most likely have to be paid regardless of the lender you choose. If some lenders don't quote you ees that include taxes and other unavoidable, don't assume that you won't have to pay it. It probably means that the lender who doesn't tell you about the fee hasn't done the research necessary to provide accurate closing costs.

What's the difference between a debit card and an ATM card?
An ATM card is used for ATM transactions only and cannot be used for purchases. A debit card can be used for both. Both cards give you the ability to withdraw from checking or savings at an ATM terminal, however, all debit card purchases are deducted from your Checking account balance.

How much does it cost to replace my Infuze Credit Union debit card?
The cost to replace debit, credit, or ATM cards is $8.00. We offer Instant Issue Debit Cards at all Branch Locations. If unable to visit a branch, you can expect your new card in the mail within 7-10 business days. We do have alternative delivery options at request.

Can I use my Infuze Credit Union debit card while traveling internationally?
Yes! Currency exchange rates will apply to most purchases. MasterCard® Debit Cards are accepted internationally anywhere you see the MasterCard® logo. Can I Order Checks from any company or does it have to be through Infuze Credit Union?
If you need checks, you can browse the check catalog and pick from a variety of check designs through our check company, Harland Clarke. You may view an online catalog here or at any of our Locations. We do not require that you use our vendor to order checks.

Are there any service fees for ATM withdrawals?
If you are a member of Infuze Credit Union and use our ATM, there is no fee. The only time you will be charged a fee, is when you withdraw cash from an ATM that is not in our network. The fee is $1.00. Take advantage of over 30,000 ATMs through the Co-Op ATM Network. Find a Location near you!
